VHSL SPORTS PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible to participate in LHS athletics, including tryouts and any out-of-season practice, student-athletes are required to have a new 2025 VHSL physical uploaded into Rank One. Please contact the Athletic Director or Athletic Trainer with any questions.
