Food Resources

Grab-No-Go Meals - Free breakfast/lunch will be available to all children 18 & under regardless of income, Monday-Friday from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM at the following LHS zone locations: Bedford Elementary School, Liberty High School & Montvale Elementary School

Fitness Apps/Websites

  • Down Dog - Free app for yoga, HIIT, Barre, 7-Minute workouts
  • Planet Fitness - Offering free 20-minute at home workouts on their Facebook page, no equipment or PF membership required
  • Fitness Blender
  • Les Mills - Variety of workouts, but if you like dancing, click on Born to Move. There are different age levels to choose from. Sign up for a free trial, but don’t forget to cancel after it’s over to avoid paying a monthly subscription fee.

  • Virtual Tours from around the country
  • Audible - During school closures, all stories are free to stream on your desktop, laptop, phone, or tablet

Need to Talk to Someone? (note: in an emergency, call 911!)

  • Crisis Text Line - Text “HOME” to 741741 and a crisis worker will respond. Their website also has extra resources. 
  • Suicide Prevention Lifeline - You can chat online or call 1-800-273-8255. Their website also has extra resources. 
  • Child Protective Services - Call 1-800-552-7096 to make a report of known or suspected child abuse or neglect. 
  •  Your counselor is still there for you, just in a new way. If you need help right away, use one of the above resources. If you can wait for a response, email your counselor from your BCPS Gmail:
