Dear LHS Families: As the new principal of Liberty High School, I am eager to hear your thoughts about what is working well, and what needs to get better at LHS. One of my highest priorities for this year is to listen, observe, and reflect, and as I think about how to keep Liberty High School moving in the right direction, I want your thoughts to be a meaningful part of that process. IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS
There have been changes made to immunization requirements for students entering the 12th grade. Therefore, this information was mailed home on 5/7/2021. Meningococcal Conjugate (MenACWY) Vaccine - Effective July 1, 2021, a minimum of 2 doses of MenACWY vaccine. The first dose should be administered prior to entering 7th grade. The final dose should be administered prior to entering 12th grade.
VHSL PHYSICAL FORM
MINUTEMEN COMMUNITY: NEW VHSL PHYSICAL FORM FOR ALL OF OUR STUDENTS REQUIRED TO HAVE A PHYSICAL IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE. Please help spread the word that this new physical form is the only form, starting May 1, 2021, that we will be permitted to accept for participation in athletics and activities that require a physical for student participation for the coming 2021-2022 school year. Liberty HS will be unable to accept any old version of the VHSL Physical form.
