Eileen Nealy has been a high school counselor for 11 years and she has worked for Bedford County Public Schools since 2002. She started right here at Liberty High School, and continued until 2007 when she transferred to Staunton River High School. Ms. Nealy is very happy to be back at Liberty High School.
Ms. Nealy earned her Associates of Arts in Humanities and Social Sciences from Erie Community College in Hamburg, New York. She earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from Buffalo State College, Buffalo, New York and a Masters of Education in School Counseling (K -12) from Canisus College, Buffalo, New York.
Ms. Nealy is the proud mother of two Liberty High School graduates, Jennifer and MaryBeth. She is also thrilled to be the grandmother of Jennifer’s two children James (6 ½ year old) and Madison (2 ½ year old). Ms. Nealy enjoys learning to cook new dishes to share with her family and friends, as well as taking care of her 13 acre horse farm. As a family we spend much of our free time fishing and riding four wheelers around the property.
